Material & Description
Our jewellery is crafted using approximately 90% brass with 10% alloy, which gives the metal the strength and durability required to create intricate and detailed moulds.
For our diamond-look jewellery, we use superior-quality Zircon stones, carefully selected for their brilliance and elegant diamond-like appearance.
The jewellery is finished with high-quality Rhodium plating, which gives it a bright, sophisticated finish and enhances its overall appearance.
We also use premium-quality pearls that are superior to regular fashion pearls in terms of finish and appearance. These are imitation/fashion pearls and are not precious pearls.
Our focus is to offer premium-quality imitation jewellery with a luxurious, real-look finish at an accessible price point.
Returns & Refunds
At Dazzle Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, in case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or the colour does not meet your expectations, you may request a return and refund under the following policy.
7-Day Return Policy
Customers can raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Colour is not as expected / not suitable
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, wherever applicable.
Refunds Only – No Exchanges
Dazzle Up currently does not offer product exchanges.
Once an eligible return is received and approved, a refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the order.
Free Return Shipping
There are no return shipping charges for the customer for eligible returns. Dazzle Up will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund for Prepaid Orders
For orders paid online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Refund for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to share their UPI QR code/scanner with our support team.
Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be transferred to the provided UPI account.
Refund Processing Time
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated.
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused and returned in its original condition.
- Original packaging and tags should be retained wherever applicable.
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
- Dazzle Up reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.
