3. Jewellery Care and Normal Wear

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees, or other charges will be shown at checkout wherever applicable.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, offers, discounts, and charges at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except in cases of a technical or pricing error.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from Dazzle Up.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order due to:

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Any query relating to an order, invoice, exchange, return, refund, or repair will ordinarily be handled with the person whose details appear on the order or invoice.

The customer must provide the order number or invoice number when contacting Dazzle Up regarding a purchase.

For transactions exceeding any limit prescribed by applicable law, the customer may be required to provide a self-attested PAN card, address proof, or other legally required documentation.

7. Payments

Payments may be made through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by independent third-party payment gateways and is subject to their respective terms and security practices.

Dazzle Up is not responsible for delays, payment failures, unauthorized deductions, or technical errors caused solely by banks, payment gateways, UPI platforms, card networks, or other third-party payment providers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, government restrictions, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds shall be governed by Dazzle Up’s Return and Refund Policy available on the website.

A customer requesting a return, exchange, or refund must provide the order or invoice number and any photographs, videos, packaging details, or other information reasonably requested by our support team.

Returned products may be inspected before approval. A return or refund may be refused if the product:

  • Has been worn, used, altered, repaired, or damaged;

  • Is missing stones, tags, accessories, packaging, or invoice;

  • Shows signs of perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, water, sweat, or mishandling;

  • Is returned outside the applicable return period;

  • Is not in its original saleable condition; or

Where approved, refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method or through another suitable banking method. Refunds shall be made in favour of the person whose details appear on the order or invoice, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

The customer may be required to provide clear photographs and an uninterrupted parcel-opening video showing the sealed package, shipping label, packaging, and product.

Claims may be rejected where sufficient evidence is not provided or where damage appears to have occurred after delivery due to use, mishandling, alteration, or improper care.
